Jars by Penelope offers hand decorated and painted mason jars with 100% natural soy wax candles, with all fragrances 100% liquid concentrate and have been tested. Other products that are exquisitely home made are a variety of bath salts and body butter. I look forward to displaying my creativity at local fairs and craft shows.
